PROSTATE REFERENCE PERCENTILES
This calculator is based on a study published in European Radiology (Lindholz et al., 2026). It provides age-, BMI-, and height-adjusted median and percentile reference values for PSA, PSA density, and prostate volume (the latter derived from deep-learning whole-gland MRI segmentation) in a German cohort of men without known prostatic disease (prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia, or lower urinary tract symptoms). This tool can be used to contextualize individual measurements against a normative reference population, or to estimate realistic expected values for clinical and research purposes. Further methodological details are available in the paper.

A value above the 95th percentile is flagged as a statistical comparison, not a diagnosis.
